Dear Support,

What we often do is create separate opening hours via a dummy user (exeptions > specific hours). this works fine. what I noticed is that if you manually put the hosted 3cx in "in/out of office" with a dailcode, these rules no longer work. it always grabs the last line. It does work if you put the 3cx in "standard" mode. With inbound rule, in office and out of office are both set to the dummy user. is this a bug?

Exceptions that use specific office hours do indeed currently only work with the 3CX Standard Office-hours mode so what you're experiencing is actually expected.

That said, we are looking into ways to improve this however there currently is no ETA for when a change in behavior for this feature will be released.

Hello,
This is not a problem, I solved it with the option "autoswitch" (status available and DND). I was just curious if this was known.

Regards, Theo

Yes, if you use Profile status forwarding rules instead of exceptions it should work fine. Glad to hear you found a workaround for now!:)
