This is a conversation we have had in the forums 10,000 times. I encourage you to perform a search on the subject. 3CX will NEVER, EVER give you guidance on how to access the 3CX PostgreSQL database directly because they DO NOT WANT YOU TO DO IT. If 3CX Support discovers that you are accessing the database directly, you are at real risk of getting your PBX flagged as unsupported. Simply posting your question puts you at risk.
But you might be tempted to ask "why"? I can offer one simple example. Perhaps the most popular tool for accessing PostgreSQL is PGAdmin. What you may not realize is the simple act of clicking on a table name places a lock on the table and all the records. That may come as a surprise. You do not have to open the table in PGAdmin to lock the table. Now, what do you suppose would happen to 3CX if it needed to write data to the database and could not? Bad things. And then you are going to call 3CX support wondering why things do not work, or reports are wrong, etc., etc., etc. It is simply too easy to screw things up that are next to impossible to diagnose.
We cannot answer your question.
