HI all,

I have an issue where we had to upgrade the memory of our EC2 instance to upgrade to V20 and unfortunately we did not have an elastic IP setup so after reset the our FQDN is not working any more

Is there a way to link the new FQDN without login into the management console? We had google login set up which gives an Auth error now, attached image below and we no longer have access to the standard username and password

Is there anyway to login to the console again and fixing the FQDN with the new elastic IP?

Many thanks in advance

Hi,
Is it a 3CX FQDN or your own?

K.

Hi,

So the PBX is up and the domain resolves to the new IP?

There might be a delay and some other factors affecting the automatic DNS switch. If you had the IP set as dynamic it should reset itself after 6 hours to the new one.
Take a look at: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/change-public-ip-address-process-on-v20.133806/#post-637913

Also try password reset if you see the option - to set it to a local pass and not google auth so you can update the IP in the PBX panel, but that would depend on what SMTP servers etc you have set to get the reset email.

Otherwise your option really is to open a ticket and take it from there.
