Solved 3cx Firewall Test Full cone test failed

Hello, we have several 3cx online. Hostet on Hetzner and directly by 3cx. on both 3cx we get the same error when we make the firewall test. This error was not present when we setup the 3cx a few years ago. Anyone knows something about that? Thank you.

Cant comment for 3CX Hosted but you should review your Hetzner firewall rules.
