licence renewal not working ?

Hi I have this message displayed in our on prem install



but i have renewed the licence which is showing in our online portal.



what do i need to do to make my local install see the licence upgrade.

i tried pressing this refresh button


but got this error


Anyone know what i need to do ?

Hi,

We've renewed a V20 32 PRO license, which the portal shows is ok.

However, in our local pbx server, the license information on the dashboard still shows the old expiration date, and when I try to update the license information, it returns

LicenseHttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage

pbx version is 20.0 Update 3 (Build 659 Alpha)

What is going on?

Hi, could you please remove the screenshots that show your personal details?

Regarding your question, you are running Update 5, which can no longer reach our activation server to activate. Therefore, you can take a backup, download it to a safe location, then redeploy a new machine with the latest 3CX ISO and restore your backup, switching the current machine off. This will update you to the latest supported stable release of U8.
