Hi Team,
We have 3CX on-premise.
I've been checking the ports on our firewall, making sure they work properly, but I seem to have a problem with port 5001.
Connection to that port works in the internal network, but I noticed that provisioning of the 3CX app using a mobile phone network or another external network does not work as external access is blocked on the firewall.
I have the same issue using Iphone or android device.
If a user attempts to scan the QR code, it does not work, or if we set up the app onsite and they go home, the app does not work either.
My question is Should this port be open for provisioning and continue use of the 3CX app using the external network? If yes, is there a way to change the port to another port?
