Issue with login on 3xc hosting

Hi Guys,

I have press reset password on my system owner account and i didnt receive any password and system log me out. Im unable to login again, when i go forgot password and input my email im not receiving any email for resetting password.I can login on protal 3xc and i can see my systems but i cannot login on admin dashboard, from portal i dodnt have option to create ticket --Tried to call offices but its weekend and i dont have access to finish setup what was planned on weekend. any suggestion what i can do ?

Thank you i have created ticket somehow i hope they will help me as i don't feel like setting up everything again. In this case should not be avalabile button reset password or at least say you dont have configured SMTP on trial do you want to procced...

Im thinking if i purchase and pay license - there will be SMTP and i will get password?

Probably, I haven’t personally set up a trial since the change so I don’t know if the default is still 3CX, I would think so.
