3CX Ring Group not receiving incoming texts to Chat

I have a ring group that is not receiving incoming tests to the Chat. I have a second Ring group that is receiving the texts to Chat. I cannot see any difference between the two. Has anybody seen issues with texting to Ring Groups?

Which specific chat service is being used for the incoming texts, SMS via SIP trunk, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Web Chat? Also, have you confirmed that the affected ring group is selected in the destination settings for the chat service in the relevant config?

Also confirm the number is in the correct format in your SIP config.
