Hi Folks,

I checked with support but I don't currently have a system showing this for them to investigate.

We saw this on the phones node on a system and are wondering what client or connection type would show as Vendor 3CX Model WebRTC Proxy.

Tried to duplicate but all browsers/pwa's show in Active Connections as they should, not phones node.

Android Mobile App on "Keep Active" will show on the Phones node, but as App for Android, so it's not the mobile client.

Anyone seen this before or know what it might be on the user end?

Hi @bbaker73

Check if the PBX that you are seeing this on has an AI agent, because this is what you are seeing in the Phones tab.

Just to mention so it's here and searchable, if it shows an extension, call it and see what rings.

I was able to determine the client's end user resurrected a no longer used PC while theirs was being maintenanced. It still had the old v18 Desktop App installed. This app registers on the phones node as WebRTC Proxy.

Uninstalled the old app and switched them to webclient/PWA.

Thanks for everyone's input.

Wishlist: Add a way to restrict app versions that the system owner prefers or are supported.
