Could anyone please assist with this error when test "The 'file' scheme is not supported". Was checked with a known E164 formatted number. Template is v37 and is stock standard.

I have previously had the Zoho CRM integration working. I am not sure what the cause of it not working. I decided to reset and re-enter all the elements again. I did the authorisation multiple times to no success.

I have read the other threads for solution and none appear to assist.

Here is the log:

Started scenario with empty id
Request text: file://
System.NotSupportedException: The 'file' scheme is not supported.

There must be a bad configuration. What's the Account and CRM URL currently set? Also, what version of the PBX are you running?

Hi Evolute Thanks for response - 3cx Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 1121 Release). I am in Zoho Australia DC -

Accounts Server URL: https://accounts.zoho.com.au

Zoho CRM URL: https://crm.zoho.com.au

I just redid the CRM authorisation to see if anychange which is none. See attached screenshot of CRM authorisation success screen also showing URL in omnibar.

The Test button now has a different result though which I did not get before. See error message:
Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_QUERY","details":{"reason":"the field is not available for search","api_name":"Phone"},"message":"Invalid query formed","status":"error"}

This specific error is related with hidden fileds in the CRM. Check this forum post where solution is explained.

Success ! Thanks so much TheodorosG_3CX and Evolute IT. It was hidden field for phone in contacts. I found one hidden field but still not working. So then I rang Zoho support. She got what I was trying to do and checked all my templates to ensure all phone type fields were showing. Almost gave up when we had one more try for contacts module. "TEST" then worked.

Just did test calls with inbound and now working fine.

I have one more dilemma. I just did test for outbound call and they don't seem to be registering in Zoho CRM? Any recommend checks ?

Ensure that the called number is a valid contact in the CRM in order to report the call.
