Iphone Push issues since Software Update to IOS 26.5

Has any one had any issues with IPHone SE on IOS 26.5 suddenly being unable to answer calls on 3CX App. Call comes in- IPhone gets Push notification but using slider does not answer call. Unlocking Phone and opening 3cx App only allows answering the call using the Green Answer Key and not via the Pop Up Answer/Reject call on screen.

Have uninstalled and Re-installed 3CX App- Rescanned the QR Code- checked all Notifications, Background App refresh are ON. 3CX App is 5.5 build 148 so v 20.148.

Any Help\Advice gratefully received.

Running the same iOS version and 3CX build. Cannot seem to reproduce your issue
Have you tried to restart your iPhone?

Are you able to answer calls from another app like Whatsapp when the phone is locked?

as @ThomB_3CX mentioned but try a hard restart

• Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
• Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
• Press and hold the Side (power) button until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears.

I always prefer Settings/General/Shut down on the bottom of the page, it kills me those Houdini combinations

Just for posterity that's the "reset button" approach. The clean shutdown (aside from the GUI) is to hold either volume button plus the side button for a couple seconds, then "slide to power off."
