Solved Fanvil W620W – Compatibility and Configuration with 3CX V20

Hello,

We are currently using around 80 Fanvil W611W devices. Overall, they work quite well, except for some issues with the charging base power supplies.

Recently, a new model — the Fanvil W620W — has been released:

I’ve noticed that there is no official 3CX template available yet for this device.
@Fanvil Support, could you please provide a procedure or guidance on how to use this model within a 3CX V20 environment?

Tried update 9 alpha still no movement on this great phone...hoping it makes final..

Hi all,

W620W devices are now supported router phones.

1. Upgrade to V20 Update 9

2. Ensure the phones have the correct firmware from here before you provision them or enable this option before adding them, Under Phones > Options
