I had set 3CX up so that the automatically recorded calls would be stored for unlimited time, so that I could use them later to file a report to the police. I just discovered all recordings are lost before a month ago. Without any warning so I downloaded nothing. I really need those recordings desperately, so if there is someone I can contact to access those recordings, I would be so happy.

There is no recording option on the free SMB Version... Which system or license are you referring to? Which version? Where is it installed? What do the recording settings look like? Is archiving enabled or set up?

Call recording is fully supported for SMB environments.

The question is: since SMB runs as a 3CX multi-tenant environment, what are the retention limits for call recordings? Specifically, how long can recordings be stored, and what storage capacity is available per tenant or customer?

Call recordings are physical .wav files saved on disk. If the files are gone, the only hope is a backup. If the files still exist, then we can help.
