The following is a suggested feature from a customer of mine. I would be interested to see if it gains any traction.
Can 3CX import UK holidays dates or at least allow iCal imports into the office holidays window, this saves every customer needing to enter the dates manually when departments need diverting over this time which is very time consuming.
This is the example of what a customer has needed to enter manually ! new dates will need to be added each year !
