Quick Toggle for Queue Membership in Mobile App (Status Menu)

Dear 3CX Team,

Currently, in the 3CX Mobile App, users can only change their global status or completely toggle "Log-in/out from queues" globally. However, agents often need to log in or out of specific queues dynamically while on the road, without affecting their participation in others.

Suggested Improvement: In the top right corner of the app, when clicking on the status indicator (where the icon currently lights up blue/green), it would be incredibly useful to have a sub-menu or a granular dropdown checklist.

• How it should look/work: Beneath the standard status options, add a section for assigned queues (e.g., Queue 1, Queue 2) with a simple checkbox next to each.
  
  • Checkbox checked = Agent is logged into this specific queue.
  • Checkbox unchecked = Agent is logged out of this specific queue.

This would give mobile users the same flexibility they already enjoy on the Desktop App or Web Client, greatly enhancing workflow management for teams on the go.

Hello Everyone,

I hope the dev team of 3CX will see my post about an option very helpful we're waiting for a long time !
When it will be possible to Connect or Disconnect from a specific queud from mobile App.

Lots of our Customers ask us this option and I hope it's on the V20 roadmap or it will be added soon...
