3CX Renewal Issue (Self-Hosted)

Hello,

3CX renewal is coming up. We are self-hosted. When I try to renew, "Add Hosting by 3CX" is auto-selected and I cannot un-check it.

I have seen this on the 3CX forum a few times. Could someone please let me know what I can do?
