Feature request Caller-ID on Headset displays

Would someone be able to add the following request to the ideas list? It looks like I don't have the required permissions to do so.

I'd like to suggest improved headset integration for both the web client and the Windows client.

Several of our customers use the Yealink WH66 and the WH64/WH68 Workstation models.

Ideally, the headset display would show the caller ID for incoming calls.
As an additional enhancement, it would be great if the caller's name could be displayed when the number matches an existing contact.

While Yealink headsets are the primary request, it would also be beneficial to support this feature on other popular business headsets, such as the Jabra Engage 75.

I would very much apreciate this.

Are the inbound calls routed to a queue?

I'm not sure if that's the case, but please consider the following:

In SP9, we improved CRM contact resolution on IP phones for incoming calls routed to a queue. The CRM caller display name is updated during subsequent polling cycles.

For incoming calls routed directly to a ring group or an extension, the IP phone does not perform CRM contact resolution.

Note that the contact may not be displayed during the initial polling cycle. Once the CRM information becomes available, it will be displayed on the IP phone during the next...

@NikosT_3CX thank you for the post, but i dont have a CRM problem with Yealink Handset, i wish for a better feature integration on Headsets.
