Hi all

I have a problem with upgrading. I have 3CX server 20.0.06.724. My system needs to be upgraded to 20.0.7.1080 .
HOwecer it failec completely. In the end no services started at all.
When doing the upgrade , i waited maybe one hour . After that i made a manual restart because i thought something was blocked.
However no services started so i had restore a backup . I restored the complete 3CX library and that worked wll and all started on the old version.
I also receives a mail from 3CX that the upgrade failed and some logs. Im attaching them to this mail.
Can anyne see what went wrong and possible solution ?

The server is on premise on Windows server 2019

Best regards

Hi again

Now, when trying to update, i get an error saying that REQUESTED UPDATE NOT FOUND. I have received emails from 3CX that tells me i have to do this update before the 11. However now i can not even do it.

Any suggestions ?

Best regards
Toby

The log is very short; that can't be everything. But what stands out immediately is the incorrect system time.

The speed is also striking; it takes far too long. Is the system underpowered (disk I/O performance, RAM, CPU power), or are there technical issues?

HI,

Now it actually worked, i redid it once more.
Now i also see two updates, one for 20.0.9.995 , and the same time is see 3CX AI update, should i run both of this , I read somewhere that my enterprise version will be renamed AI .

Best regards
Tobt

Hi @toby_afr yes, you can select both and update, one will update the service pack and the other the IA in the 3CX.

I have 3CX server 20.0.06.724.
Looking at your log, that doesn't seem right.
First, 3CX v20u5B551 is installed, followed by 3CXv20u6B724. This implies that the previous version was either 3CX v20u4B487 (from late 2024) or a u5 beta. Either way, these are all far too old.
But it's good that the problem could be solved so easily.

Thanks for the info.
I will go ahead with both then. Im just doing a full backup of the server in between to be sure i can always revert.
