Caller phone-# missing in personal assistant chat

Hello,

I am using the 3CX personal Assistant. It works well.
In the beginning as part of the screening I was informed in the chat about caller reference and caller phone.
This is important information to call someone back.
This information ist missing in the chat since 06/22/26.
Is this a bug, or can I configure the chat of the personal assistant?

Can you confirm the exact 3CX PBX version, 3CX AI version, OpenAI models used, and if the assistant prompt was modified in any way?

Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 995 Release - AI 1.4.48)
Open AI: gpt-realtime-1.5 / gpt-5.4-mini
The prompt is unchanged.
I have seen that for text gpt-5.4 is available too, I will change for gpt-5.4
