Hello,
I have deployed a multi-tenant 3CX server to manage my customers.
I currently have around 90 customers, and as the System Owner, managing them is becoming increasingly difficult when navigating between the various menus (Users, Office Hours, Call Handling, etc.).
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the interface:
I have created a mock-up to help illustrate the idea and make it easier to understand.

I am already using the "Impersonate" feature, but it is not practical for administration purposes.
For example, to add an audio file to a queue:
As a result, this involves a lot of steps just to upload a single audio file.
Kind regards,
Alain Condé
I have deployed a multi-tenant 3CX server to manage my customers.
I currently have around 90 customers, and as the System Owner, managing them is becoming increasingly difficult when navigating between the various menus (Users, Office Hours, Call Handling, etc.).
I would like to suggest an enhancement to the interface:
- Add a search field to the top banner that allows filtering across all menus, displaying only the information related to the selected department. The concept would be similar to the filter already available in the Users menu, but applied globally across all menus (Users, Office Hours, Call Handling, etc.).
I have created a mock-up to help illustrate the idea and make it easier to understand.

I am already using the "Impersonate" feature, but it is not practical for administration purposes.
For example, to add an audio file to a queue:
- You must change a user's role within the department to "Department Administrator".
- Impersonate that user.
- Go to the queue and upload the audio file so that it is properly stored within the department. (If this action is performed as the "System Owner", the file is stored at the server root level and becomes visible to all departments.)
- Then stop impersonating the user. At that point, you are taken back to the Team tab.
- You must then return to the Admin Console and restore the user's original role.
As a result, this involves a lot of steps just to upload a single audio file.
Kind regards,
Alain Condé
