Transcription not working

Hi Team,


We have an 8SC self hosted AI edition, https://www.3cx.com/docs/ai-transcription/ I have followed this guide to setup the transcription, but I am not getting any transcreiption and summery.

Can you please help me figure this out. Thanks !

Hi, what transcription service are you trying to use?

Note that for the AI edition 8SC you would need to use one of these:

• Grok
• Google
• Open AI

With the 3cx cloud, you could get only voicemail transcription.

You may need to use Grok, Open AI or Google for call transcription and summary.

There is no longer an option to use 3CX Cloud for call recordings, as this feature has now been withdrawn.

Our ENT+ currently has recordings transcribed via 3CX Cloud.

This is already in effect.

For existing ENT+ subscriptions, the current 3CX Cloud transcription service will remain available until either the ENT+ subscription expires and is renewed, at which point it will be updated to 3CX AI, or the existing transcription credits expire—whichever occurs first.

Please note that 3CX AI includes voicemail transcription only; it does not include call recording transcription.
