Setup:
3CX V20 Debian software installed on the cloud
SIP Trunk Line is physically installed on-premises
3CX SBC Debian installed on pc with 2 Ethernet ports

Can we connect the physical SIP trunk line to 1 of the Ethernet ports of the 3CX SBC pc and 1 Ethernet port for the internet connection to be able to push the SIP line to the cloud 3CX V20 server? If this is not possible, can anyone suggest any other option?

Hello, the 3CX SBC can only connect IP Phones to the 3CX PBX.

What you should be considering is a site-to-site VPN, VPC or similar tunneling solutions, which would allow the PBX and Trunk endpoint to see each other as local connections. You should take care to ensure that whatever solution is implemented does not introduce excessive latency etc, to avoid call quality issues.

Perhaps a 3CX partner that is local to you will know how to resolve this in the best way. https://www.3cx.com/ordering/find-reseller/
