Solved Lost OWNER permission

Hi all,

I haven't logged on to my 3CX for a while. When I got the renewal notice, I tried to log on to the management console, and I found that the admin section was missing. My log in does not appear to be the OWNER anymore. There are 18 extensions which need to be cut down to 15. I do not seem to have access, and I am aware of every other extension listed. None of those would have the OWNER role.

How do I recover this?

Make sure the IP you are using is in the Allowed list for Admin access, or connect from a PC that is on the same LAN as the PBX.

Thanks. I did finally remember that I locked console access to some IPs.
