If we lock in for a three year renewal but during those three years need to upgrade to a higher tier, are we going to be eligible for discount on the upgrade to that higher tier that is inline with the current promotion?

If you upgrade your license during the 3-year renewal period, the upgrade will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the current pricing at the time of the upgrade.

Any promotional discounts available at the time of your original renewal do not automatically apply to future upgrades. The applicable pricing will be based on the price list and offers available when the upgrade is processed.
