Hi all,
I have a fresh self-hosted 3CX V20 Update 9 (Build 995) install on Debian 12, 4SC Basic license.
I'm locked out — the initial password-set link resulted in a non-working login, and every "Forgot Password" attempt since then produces no email. I've confirmed general email delivery to this address works fine (received and confirmed this forum's own confirmation email just now), so the issue seems specific to 3CX's PBX mail relay not delivering to this address — possibly related to a bounce/blacklist from an earlier failed attempt during setup.
Is there a way to check or clear a mail-relay-side block for a specific email address, or another way to regain access to the system owner account on a fresh self-hosted install like this?
Thanks,
Tom
