Solved i cannot able to login into admin portal

Dear all,

so today when i was trying to login into portal something strange happened, admin portal asking for 2FA code which i dont know and i never setup any 2FA because its free version and hosted in premise.

Anyone why it happened.

Are you absolutely sure that you didn’t enable two-factor authentication (2FA)? When it is enabled for the first time, a QR code is displayed so you can set it up in an authenticator app.

Do you have access through another System Owner account?

I'm sure I didn't enable 2FA because I log in with just my email and password every day, also i had only one system owner user.
but I've fixed it now and also i fixed my mistake i create another system user for future.
