    Hello, Issue I'm having is my phone does not ring even though I'm listed in a phone group. Everyone else's phone rings but not mine. I'm not too sure on what to do here. Any suggestions?

  2. Wireless 3cx phone, "No wifi Adapter"

    I'm trying to get a clients phone to be "wireless", I suggested they go to MENU BASIC WIFI And change the wifi to "on". They said it showed no wifi adapter. Any ideas? Googling is turning me left and right at the moment.

  3. Headset hearing issues?

    The phone we use keeps having issues hearing from the handset. It's a T58W phone. If we power cycle the phone, it resolves the problem. It seems to reoccur every couple of days. We pushed a firmware update to it about 2-3 weeks ago, but that wasn't a permanent solution. Any other ideas? Thanks
