Message to play before call hits Dispatcher

I was curious how one could setup a message when someone calls in they hear a message and then after the message plays it gets sent to dispatch.


ex. "Have you heard of our new products? We are offering 10% discount on everything, contact your local dealer and ask about our promotion"

and then it rings to dispatch

Any ideas? Thanks

Put an empty IVR with the prompt before the call goes to the dispatch.
