    Hello, we are facing problems with DTMF since the last Update. DTMF stops working on several of our SNOM phones. In my oppinion there is no pattern which are working and which are not. All the phones are on firmware version 8.9.3.66 and the 3cx template. Any hints how to debug this? Regards...

    Hello, is it possible to add photos as admin over the management console for any extension? The only way i knew is the webclient, but via the WC every user have to change the photo on his own. Thanks in advance, Rafael.

    Hello, how can i pickup an unanswered call (it's still ringing) from another extension? The desktop client has an option (in german, "annehmen") in the contextmenu of the ringing extension. Can't find that option in the webclient. Thanks in advance, Rafael.
