    Hello, I am getting connection timed out errors when in the email section to direct voicemail to email and sending 911 notifications. I have not changed anything on the smtp server, as well when I do a test it delivers.

    As well the user isnt able to change the voicemail greeting. I also cant change the name showing up on the caller id in these unsupported phones.

    Hello, Couple of questions with park and page. I cant get the setting right for it to route back to the receptionist after a certain amount of time. Also, our phone quality on older phones is good for a few days and then starts acting up. Thanks in advance.

    Weird, our polycoms are 335 and the quality is horrible. I cant find the alg on the meraki end.

    Could call quality be affected by unsupported phones? I have a meraki firewall as well. I am reading about disabling sip alg.
