Hello,
Odd issue.
We have two locations connected to each other via a p2p with one phone server running both locations. One location is totally fine with call quality but the main location where the phone server is located is having issues with call quality and static. I have looked at both merakis and do not see any differences in the routing or wan setups. Vlan is the same for both locations. Any suggestions where to look.

Here is a screenshot of a phone quality call. I dont know where to look at for any solutions. Could this be a network adapter problem or something else?

Between the caller (user) and the PBX it looks all good. From that point the score is unknown, so you would have to see between the PBX and the Generic SIP Trunk what network devices are in use and work with your network engineer to see what is happening between those 2 entities

After speaking with our network engineer he said he isnt seeing packet loss.

After speaking with our network engineer he said he isnt seeing packet loss. These are outdated/unsupported phones. They still work I would hate to just pitch them out
