    Hi, This was all changed at the same time when on site with the customer. However i do believe it was the change routing them out through a T54W instead of connecting directly.

    Are these the root credentials you are trying to log in with from V18? If so, root credentials are no longer a thing. Prior to the update you should have created a user account and set it as a system owner and created a password.

    Issue seems to have settled down, have moved the devices on to a 2.4Ghz Network and changed the devices from being their own router phones, to route out via a T54W on the same LAN. Since these changes no drops at all.
