Experiencing an issue every now and then, when we do large orders of T54W's that 1 or 2 will not become router phones. They are on the correct 3cx firmware of 96.86.0.81. They get the provisioning string, but their account will not register. I have checked all the credentials match the extensions and it is all correct, anyone else experienced this issue/ know how to resolve?

1. Does their built in SBC appear green in 3CX
2. Does the proxy IP get populated?

Their built in SBC is showing as green yes
The proxy IP is populated by the devices own IP which is also correct?

Yes correct. In this case, you should contact Yealink and provide them with any logs they might require.

Looks like the provisioning and SBC part completes, but the SIP client is not ready to register yet.

Just to confirm, you are using a LAN cable and IPv4 correct?

No IPv6 involved, and the other router phones on the same network work fine?

No IPv6, all IPv4 and all using LAN cable. I've provisioned 20 other router phones today but this one device will not connect.

Odd how the phone registers the second that i put it behind one of the other devices

You should report it to Yealink, they should be able to see from the phone logs what happens after the SBC registers.
