    We are using 3CX PRO and we have follow the process to enable transcribing with Google services and we have not been able to receive voice mails with the transcribing text. We added the KEY generated from google speech api and also set the IP address from our server. Any ideas?

    We used to convert our text to speech using Bing for free for the IVR. I no longer see that option with Microsoft. Just wondering what text to speech do you use for your business.

    We noticed that our 3CX is not sending emails to schedule conference calls. It sends emails from 3CX smtp server but not from our account in Office 365. We have logged into that same account and we are able to send emails. Any ideas?

    3CX Windows app will not open Connectwise Manage

    I have installed the 3CX TAPI drivers and i'm able to click on my contacts in CW and it opens and dials with 3CX. However if that contact calls in the 3CX app will not launch or create a ticket in CW. Any ideas?

    When ever I try to schedule a conference through the mobile device, It doesn't allow me to click on NEXT or edit organizers. I have filled the Conference Name and Description and time and date, still no go, any ideas?

    Yes sir. I was able to find that wav file and created a new ringtone. For the record this needs to be in a *.wav file / mono @ 8000Hz

    Hi Leejor, No, that's not the case. The profile picture is on the user extension. This is uploaded to the Web client 3CX. The picture will show up once then it fails to show up on the mobile app.
