Solved Anyway we can change that HORRIBLE APPLE RINGTONE on the desktop softphone?

I can't stand Apple as a business and to hear that ringtone drive me crazy. Can we change that?

So this isn't the softphone forums... so I do not know if you speak of Windows or Mac softphone? I would assume Windows - since you do not like Apple. Have you tried looking for the WAV file?

Yes sir. I was able to find that wav file and created a new ringtone.
For the record this needs to be in a *.wav file / mono @ 8000Hz
