    Glad I could help! Sounds like you have a network issue on your local WiFi when trying to reach the 3CX server. It could be DNS, or firewall rules, etc. I'd make sure that you can get to the 3CX server from a laptop on WiFi as the first troubleshooting step from here.

    A few questions: Is your server local or in the cloud? If in the cloud, make sure WiFi is off and just test using Cell Data. If it's Local, Is your local network setup properly to pass the correct ports? Are you using the 3CXTunnel in provisioning?

    Can you get to the internet from your phone? If not, try a reboot. That's always my first step with iPhone issues.

    I would think that depends more on the available CPU power of the on-prem 3CX server and what recordings are being performed while the backup is still running. That would place a significant load on the HSS subsystem.

    What I had to do on a few linux installs (as my SSL CA didn't like the native CSR) was generate CSR and complete the issuance of a cert from IIS, and then export the Cert from the the Windows Server. From there it should be a .pfx accompanied with a password for consumption.

    This is a good point, a simple "Is this system hosted" and/or a check for the common hosting platforms (OVH, AWS, GCP, etc) during the initial Text/Web setup could easily take care of this. A separate set of templates that don't reference "in office" at all could be utilized instead.
