Solved MY 3CX phone app on my I-phone isnt working, can anyone help?

I keep trying to change my status on my I-phone and the message I'm getting is " Waiting for Network" Can anyone help?

Can you get to the internet from your phone? If not, try a reboot. That's always my first step with iPhone issues.

Yes I can, I also tried setting up the 3CX Phone app on one of my Radiologists' phones and it wont allow him to dial out either (same as mine). It will allow incoming calls but cant dial out?

A few questions:
Is your server local or in the cloud? If in the cloud, make sure WiFi is off and just test using Cell Data.
If it's Local, Is your local network setup properly to pass the correct ports?
Are you using the 3CXTunnel in provisioning?

That fixed it! I turned off my wi-fi and it worked. Thanks so much Nathan for your help!

Glad I could help! Sounds like you have a network issue on your local WiFi when trying to reach the 3CX server. It could be DNS, or firewall rules, etc. I'd make sure that you can get to the 3CX server from a laptop on WiFi as the first troubleshooting step from here.
