Solved No outbound 3 digit on a few trunks

Fixed it... Someone (me?) fat fingered a rule. Basically all rules under that rule weren't getting processed.... ugh..

Solved No outbound 3 digit on a few trunks

Hi guys, We have currently 60 trunks, all with the same provider. Each trunk uses a different set of credentials for e911 (we have 60 locations). Anyways, on some of the trunks we can't use our 3 digit dial outbound rules. When we dial out on certain trunks, my phones say "Temp Unavailable"...

    Forward To Cell Call Handoff

I'm wondering if it could be a network issue. I am going to try to reproduce the same thing on a different client's 3CX. Both use same SIP provider and same ISP (two cities apart). The only main difference is that one is using the Comcast router (delayed calls) and the other is using Comcast...

    Forward To Cell Call Handoff

Basically what I'm trying to figure out is if when an outside person calls an internal extension and the call rings on desk phone and cell phone, when the user answers the call on their cell if there is any way to hand that call between the outside person's carrier and the user's cell carrier...

Solved SIP Trunk Going over non 5060 port

It was not ALG in the router. A clean install of 3CX fixed the issue. Not sure what's was going on, but another install fixed it. Been going good since Friday. Edit: Didn't have to touch my router.

Solved SIP Trunk Going over non 5060 port

Firewall 100% passed and still on my SIPTRUNK.com dashboard, it's showing the trunk on port 1027. I even changed the PW to force 3CX to disconnect and have to reauth with them... Still same port. Thoughts?

Solved SIP Trunk Going over non 5060 port

We currently have audio. Let me put in a port forward for 9000-9255 UDP and see if that fixes it.

Solved SIP Trunk Going over non 5060 port

So I have been having issues with SIPTRUNK.com and 3CX. I setup the trunk to go over 5060, but it seems that 3CX is wanting to use 1027 for SIP. Anyone have any ideas? Below is the reply from SIPTRUNK.com support. I took out our account numbers for security reasons. Thank you for any help...

    3CX and Nextiva

Hi, I am trying to get 3CX to work with Nextiva SIP trunk. Outgoing calls work but inbound ring busy and don't show up in 3CX log. Nextiva support isn't very helpful with 3CX. Anyone have any pointers?

Solved Custom Template not creating provision file

Ok -- So I was copying a template we had for our YealinkT46 and YealinkT48 models. That was the one that wasn't working. I noticed we had a template as well for YealinkT4x. I duplicated that one and all is working just find. I'm going to just forget about the one that isn't working. I am not...

Solved Custom Template not creating provision file

Gave the server a reboot and still can't get the template to provision... This is going to get annoying. Would my Yealink provision template be helpful to post?

Solved Custom Template not creating provision file

Craig, sorry for the confusion. There is NOT a duplicate button. It is a copy button. When the name box comes up for copy, I just amend _2 the the end of the name. No hyphens. Also I have tried on two phones, both I have wiped to factory and even tried upgrading to latest and greatest...

Solved Custom Template not creating provision file

I created it by using an existing template that is known to work. I opened the template editor and clicked "duplicate" and then saved it.

Tried http://IP:5000 . All of our phones (About 2000 or so) are running HTTP provisioning and are working. Just not this template.

Solved Custom Template not creating provision file

I will try with 5001 and https... There shouldn't be anything wrong with the template. I took an existing one and duplicated it. The only change are these lines, where I added an underscore 2. <models> <model ua="SIP-T46G">Yealink T46-yealinkT46T48_2</model> <model...
