  6. 3CX Template for Yealink T49 Video Phone

Overall i enjoy the phone, the video quality it has between T49 to T49 is very good. I was impressed by that. Functionality of the phone it has a lot of cool things such as WIFI on both 2.4 and 5GHz, the Bluetooth you can pair to your cellphone for not just contacts but for calling as well. So...
  7. 3CX Template for Yealink T49 Video Phone

Since 3CX has not made it available yet and the Yealink T49 is shipping figured i would post my template for the T49. See attached zip containing two files. The y000000000051-T49.cfg gets placed in the provisioning folder. Most likely located at...
  8. T46G Firmware

John, We have hundreds of phones running 28.80.0.60 with no issues at all. I would say you are safe to run that firmware version even though it is not "supported"
  9. Yealink T42G Firmware Update

We run "Unsupported" firmware levels all the time. 3CX is normally behind a version or two on firmware. If the phone functions fine after manually upgrading the firmware then there probably wont be any harm in upgrading them all. If you dont want to upgrade 3CX for whatever reason, the easiest...
  10. DST on v14?

I asked support about this. They responded that DST is now based automatically set based off the servers clock that 3CX is running on. Not sure how they are doing this but i guess it must somehow detect it from the servers clock and put it into the provisioning template.

  13. Bridge to Existing 3COM V3000

Yikes!! This could be a tricky one. So just to be sure i understand this correct, on your V3000 are you using analog lines or a digital line card? Is your V3000 running in SIP mode? Do you know what software revision the V3000 is? So you want to keep the phone lines/T1 coming through the V3000...
  14. Provisioning Templates - what does this do?

Are you positive it says that? If so could you re-download the Yealink templates.... Looknig at mine they all look like this. phone_setting.backgrounds = Config:yealinkt22.dob Every reference to the SIP-T41P model phone has the yealinkt22.dob file
  15. Hosted system fails after windows updates

My recommendation is turn windows updates off and don't do them unless there is a specific update that is needed for something. To me a phone system is a very straight forward task that 99% of windows updates do not really apply to.
  16. 3CX Cloud Server v14 SP2 - Ring Groups

Your talking about the "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" parameter correct? Those have moved to Troubleshooting/Parameters.
  17. Preferred phones

We use 100% grandstream on our customer installs. They have been fantastic. Stick with the T4x series, they seem to be built a lot bettern then the T3x and lower models. They are a bit more expensive but as the saying goes you get what you paid for. Check out the T46 that is the model we...

What type of phones are you using? Were you on V14 previously or did you upgrade from 12 to v14sp2? I am using Grandstream and yealink phones and i have all the buttons on V14sp2
  19. cant upgrade 14 > 14 SP1

I had a customer getting the same thing when trying to upgrade to SP1. In my case i did just that, ran a backup, downloaded the new install and did a full re-install/restore. Kind of odd that it needed that but it did work.
