    Change your Queue strategy to anything other than "Ring All". If you have your Teams integrated with 3CX, now in Update 6 it will automatically sync status between the two platforms. Hope this helps!

    @Allen_Miller - Go to the burger menu (upper left) and then click "Accounts". Slide your finger to the left across the account you wish to delete and a Red "Delete" button will appear, and then you can select to delete it.
