The problem could be: it's difficult to explain custom status to customers, especially since you've always been able to change the name.

Since the names of the other three status have also changed in recent years, understanding of them is limited and there are also different ways to describe the same thing in different languages (in the last few years: Nicht stören, Bitte nicht stören, DND, Out of Office, OoO ... - among others, plus the many different ways to express business and non-business hours and their automatic status...

The old color where a bit close to each other. I think our customers would like the new colors. Regardless, I think that if there was a configuration menu, to set the color, that would be an awesome next step

So, when I look at the new colors, they're much more similar than the previous used colors.

The only possible confusion so far was green and light green. Both statuses were essentially 'available'.

Now the very different statuses, Custom 1 and 2, use very similar colors, but their function is completely different.

One may could use blue and pink for Custom 1 and 2 ...

And as I've already written: how am I supposed to explain these colors meaningfully and unmistakably to several dozen completely different people (young, old, female, male, with varying levels of education and understanding) in writing or over the phone? That's the problem.

The colors are coming up now. It would be important to us that that _doesn't_ get implemented now.

I'm also critical of the new colors. Not because of the colors themselves, but because of the impact on the users!
Our users are already groaning about the 3CX App changes, and now new colors wouldn't make things any easier.

I see it like fxbastler and Benedikt Machens:
New standard colors should only come if they can be edited centrally.
And it would be ideal for the transition if only new 3CX installations get the new standard colors and existing 3CX installations stay with the old standard colors for the time being, until it is manually edited by the 3CX Admins.

You wouldn't have the System Admin of a Multi-Tenant in each department.

Oh yeah multi-tenant is for sure different in that way. And yeah not just DND lol fixing queue explicit logins too lol

if you edit a user, under "Views" you can give them the permission for presence and operations without the need to be part of the department. Then you can edit everybody via the team view

Okay, so 3CX hosted went into RC release with auto update. Thank you for confirmation.

You will encounter problems if you need to restore a backup created on the RC version. 3CX release version is the stable one; when you try to spin up a new instance restoring a backup from a newer RC version, it won't be accepted. Therefore, you will only be able to restore an older backup, which seems ridiculous.
