    Does anyone have a zoho desk integration xml template that works with 3cx v20. The zoho desk marketplace plugin generates 3cx xml integration template for 3cx v18. I uploaded the current one xml i got from zoho desk but its not doing any call journaling.

    I am running 3cx v20. The Add template feature under CRM Integration is not responding. Its greyed out. Has this been disabled in v20?
