Solved 3cx v20 and zoho desk intergration

Does anyone have a zoho desk integration xml template that works with 3cx v20. The zoho desk marketplace plugin generates 3cx xml integration template for 3cx v18.
I uploaded the current one xml i got from zoho desk but its not doing any call journaling.

Hey @TheodorosG_3CX, this is for Zoho CRM. What @mjafari is asking for is the integration for Zoho Desk. 3CX doesn't provide an integration for this. Zoho created this in the past for an old version of 3CX, and it seems it's not maintained anymore, so it's not working properly with v20.

@mjafari you will need to create this integration yourself, or contact Zoho so they adjust it to work with v20.

I have fixed the issue. I have re-written the XML file to work with 3cxV20.
