    Hi We have an requirement to add Telephone field as mandatory along with Name and Email under Live Chat. Searching internet mentioned using Pre-Form but I am unable to find that option under Live Chat customization. Any directions on where to find it? Thank you

    I am trying to put the code for live chat in my VITE App (I think a recap.js) website, but it does not work. I have tried putting the full code that I get from my 3cx server, in the footer components section, but that does not work. Any help would be great. thank you

  6. Solved have "Call Only" option for wordpress live chat?

    Hi At the moment there are 3 options in the wordpress live chat chat only phone and chat and video, phone and chat. Isn't there a option for just call? Is there anyway we can implement just call function? A feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank You

  7. Chat Window Closes When Changing Tabs

    I got live chat working with one exception. When some opens a chat session and stays on that particular tab or page all works fine. When they click differents tabs or modules it closes the chat out and reopens a fresh on the new tab. Their old chat system did not do this...
