integrate into vite website

I am trying to put the code for live chat in my VITE App (I think a recap.js) website, but it does not work. I have tried putting the full code that I get from my 3cx server, in the footer components section, but that does not work. Any help would be great. thank you

that is basic for an HTML site; I am using a REACT.js - VITE application. thanks for the help.
