3CX Live Chat Pre-Form

Hi

We have an requirement to add Telephone field as mandatory along with Name and Email under Live Chat. Searching internet mentioned using Pre-Form but I am unable to find that option under Live Chat customization.

Any directions on where to find it? Thank you

The available settings are under Voice & Chat and Live chat settings. The available fields are only Name & Email address combination:

Thank you. It was interesting to see copilot recommending the below solution. I agree with you that this is not possible. How do people handle situation like this where they have to collect the phone number before entering the chat? Is there any roadmap considering having this feature?

GPT won't help you there. It's how the plugin+3CX backend is built.

I wished they added the phone field too but it seems there's absolutely no plan to do so.
