  1. Locked out of 3CX

    Hi community, i am new to 3CX and made a stupid mistake, i have an on prem 3CX install. and I reset my password without setting up the smtp details, and now I am totally locked out. Can anyone advise me with directions to recover admin password. Thanks in advance.

  2. Wrong email, cant log in

    Hi, i have forgot my password. yesterday i tried logging in then resetting password didn't work then i got blacklisted. after some time i found out the email to the account has no M on .COM so this is why i cant rest password dose anyone on know how to change this??? Thanks
