Remove Change Password Option in Web Client

Add function for System Admin to remove the ability for users to change their password from the Web Client Settings. Currently it is possible to for a user to change their own password from within the Web Client Settings. Whilst the new password is subject to specific minimum security requirements (10 Characters, 1 Upper Case, 1 Lower Case, 1 Digit) if the System Admin wants to set stricter policies, these can simply be over written by the user.
