    Hi folks, We have an on premises v18 standard server, running within a windows 10 VM. We recently upgraded our firewall to a cisco firepower 1120 unit. All rules and port forwards were migrated from the old firewall to the new one. Now, the 3CX firewall check passes, and everything works fine...

    3cx External Clients can only make and receive calls but contact list and switchboard are not loaded

    Hello Gents, Since the installation of 3CX V14, the 3cx external clients which are outside my network can only make and receive calls but the contact list and switchboard are not loaded. I'm already using the port 5090 on the clients and recently upgraded my 3CX server to V15SP5 but in vain...
