    On one had, I get the theory of "opening a case" in the correct forum, and yes it's confusing when people don't do that. However: The licenses under our account are all incorrect. The forum has all our clients' licenses incorrectly detected as On-Premise so I can't post in the Self-hosted...

  3. Solved unable to comment or create new post under ideas

    fairly new user. I can create and comment on posts here but not under the IDEAS section. It says YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO REPLY HERE I didn't see a way to contact a moderator here otherwise I would have done that first.
